Breakfast was great every day and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our closet door hinge was damaged, but i reported it as we were leaving and i am confident it will be repaired. The only small complaint is that the stairwell needed to be vacuumed more often. There were days when the carpet on the stairs was not clean! Otherwise, the room, while small, was clean and comfortable!

The hotel is conveniently located behind Champs Élysées. The Eiffel Tower is a 20 minute walk away. It’s in a suburb so is nice and quite. The staff are accommodating. There is a Monoprix supermarket located around the corner. It has been renovated recently and the bathroom is nice and big. And the best part check out is at noon!

Convenient location. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy bathroom. Shower was a bit tricky as it was just hooked to the wall (rather than fitted to a riser pole). The chap serving breakfast didn’t really do any serving, just hovered awkwardly, so we didn’t get any hot food and had to make do with the cold buffet. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is definitely not a place to stay for more then a night or so, the 3 stars are for the Customer Service, the Hotel & the paid breakfast gets 2 stars. The first thing you notice walking in is the foul smell, its a unique blend of cigarette's, rotten eggs and cheap perfume. Elevator is very small, you can not go up with 2 people and 2 hand carry bags at a time. Once upstairs, the corridor was dark, I have to find the light switch by turning my cell[hone light on. We booked the so called "Superior Room" but the room was small, with basic bed, 2 night stands, a small side table, a mini fridge with 1 water bottle, a heating water kettle and free Tea. The bathroom was very basic, the design of the toilet was extremely poor, I am a small person, have no clue how a bigger person can use it. Once sitting you have no room to move your arms or legs around. I breakfast was very very standard with very few choices, the beat part of the breakfast was again the staff not the breakfast. The only thing really stand out is the Hotel Staff, excellent manners very nice, very friendly and kind. Mr. Ahmed greeted us and helped us with the questions we had.

This hotel is located within walking blocks of the Arc of Triumphe and the Champs-Elysee shopping avenue. Plus, is about a 20 minute walk to/from the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The hotel provides a nice breakfast and there is coffee, 24/7. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, good A/C, and hot water. TV is all local and in french. I want to give kudos to their staff, and especially Thierno, Vitalie and Ahmed for being very attentive, caring and going the extra miles during our 9 day stay. Definitely a wonderful, quiet location, well priced and one I would return to use.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but just a block away from restaurants and coffee shops. Room very small even for just occupant as well as the elevator one person & one suitcase & that’s it. Friendly staff.
