Great beautiful hotel with very kind staff. Highly recommend it. Specifically Recommend Executive Suite as the morning breakfast and quiet room Executive Lounge was worth it. Only issue is noise from street. Emergency vehicles and honking. May be a Paris thing the loud traffic all night. Great stay overall

Overall low quality. Staff were not helpful - bags not taken to room, came into room despite do not disturb sign, etc. Sent us to restaurant that did not open for 2 hours once we got there. Keys had to be reloaded to room. Breakfast tables were filthy/not cleared, no one ever checked on us at breakfast. Room was a closet with terrible design - bathroom mirror was not usable due to being against wall behind sink. Bad lighting. Only one person in room could view TV due to location.

One night stay in Paris hotel literally next door to train station Saint Lazare, area quite nice good brasseries and shopping, easy access to transport and easy walking to Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Hotel room ok, clean but bathroom exceptionally small, bar nice to sit in but drinks expensive

When I check out on 6 May 2025. The hotel staff said will send receipt to my email. But until now , I do not receive hotel email receipt of my stay on 1May-6May. I check my credit card and I found that hotel overcharged my credit card. I have sent 3 emails to the hotel to ask for my receipt but still not have any response from hotel. I am really disappointing to their handling. Until now, still no response from the hotel to explain why overcharged me the amount ……
