“It feels like you’re in the countryside!” This beautiful apartment, very comfortable and pleasant to live in, is tastefully furnished. Silent and bright, it is through and overlooks, on the terrace side, the large garden of the residence which extends into a park. Without noise, nor overlooked, sunny, beautiful natural parquet flooring, it is ideally located in the friendly district of Croulebarbe, near Gobelins/Port Royal. The apartment is in a secure luxury residence with guard (day and night). You can enjoy numerous local and quality shops (the delicious and famous Les Pains d'Alexis bakery, 3 organic grocery stores, excellent butcher, cheese maker, etc.), different cafes, varied restaurants and at all prices, 2 markets (Blvd de Port Royal and blvd Blanqui), means of transport (bus 21, 83, 91, N01, N02) and metro (7, 6) and RER B, it is 15' walk from the Luxembourg Gardens, from the Jardin des Plantes, the Panthéon, Place d'Italie or rue Mouffetard.
