Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Property took my money but canceled my stay. Landed in Paris with my child had no where to stay as they canceled my stay when we were in the air on our way to Paris. We paid for transfer from airport to hotel then had to pay for uber to take us to a hotel we had to book while standing stranded on the streets. it has been 6 days now and the property still has not REFUNDED MY MONEY!!
Stayed 4 nights in May 2025
