The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The pillows were old and the inside material was shredded and barely formed a pillow. There were ants in the bathroom and dirt throughout the room. There was also dirt and grime on the walls. There’s a good chance I got food poisoning from the breakfast, and was sick for the duration of my trip. The only upside was that the staff were friendly. We stayed during Carnival, so the rate was marked up high around $180 USD, so I’m confused how at this price they aren’t able to provide clean sheets and new pillows.

A parte externa do Hotel é boa… porém o quarto q nos deram era bem ruim… hotel todo reformado e deixaram uma parte antiga com uns quartos péssimo… sendo q o padrão devia ser igual aos demais… não tem TV no quarto apenas na salinha com 02 cadeiras horríveis… a gente chega da rua depois do passeio, quer deitar na cama pra descansar e ver um pouco de TV e não tem como… tem q ficar desconfortável… banheiro ruim… com pisos quebrados… pia entupida de cabelo… tolhas de banho levam as sujas e não deixam outras limpas… tem q ficar pedindo… enfim bem ruim… infelizmente esse é um hotel q não volto mais… pelo preço q esperava bem mais qualidade!!!

Sabia que o quarto erra standard mas o banheiro precisa urgentemente de reforma Na 1 noite notei que o lençol não cobria o colchão todo.. os pés ficavam de fora como se fosse uma travessa … tolhas mto velhas !! No site dizia Que tinha secador .. Pessoal da recepção em especial Germânia - mto atenciosa e procurou resolver da melhor maneira possível. A 1 noite TV n funcionou e nas noites seguintes pouquíssimos canais .. poderia ter um pacote básico de TV.. Café da malha uma experiência a parte muiuuita gente !! chambre réservée : suite exclusive : chambre vieillotte, pas de chaise, aucune décoration, pas cintre dans la penderie (photo), humidité et buée sur les vitres au réveil (photo), fenêtre ferme mal, pas de voilage, seulement un rideau opaque ; aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, pas de patère, lunette de WC ne tient pas. Et la douche a débordé et inondé la salle de bain (la pente pour évacuation de l'eau est dans le mauvais sens...) ménage à la demande uniquement le bain à remous privatif n'est pas chauffé, le commun non plus Les chambres ne sont pas dignes d'un 3* Félicitations au photographe qui a fait des photos très vendeuses de l'hôtel

Conforme relatado a central de atendimento ao cliente, chegamos no hotel, o quarto disponibilizado estava imundo, com roupa de cama suja, solicitamos a troca do quarto, fomos informados que não seria possível, o quarto estava sem toalhas, o chuveiro não aquecia, após a manutenção ir lá, um dos hóspedes conseguiu tomar um banho, sendo que para nossa surpresa, o box estava com um vazamento e alagou o quarto, molhando nossas bagagens! Tivemos que levar as roupas para uma lavandeiria.

Minha experiência foi boa, porém foi péssima ao utilizar a jacuzzi, pois a água estava bem gelada, solicitei informações na recepção e fui informada que a mesma passou por manutenção e não estava climatizada como deveria...; a utilização da mesma é agendada na recepção, dessa forma o mínimo que deveriam ter feito era avisar, pois disponibilizaram essa informação. Eu e minha filha ficamos chateadas. Reservamos um quarto com piscina privativa, onde o valor é alto para o que oferecem... deveria ter no mínimo um tapete na entrada do quarto para limpar os pés ao adentrar..pois acaba sujando o quarto e dei um jeito de limpar pois a limpeza é uma vez ao dia. Fui para comemorar o aniversário de 15 anos da minha filha, mandei uma mensagens avisando e nem deram atenção, pousadas que ja frequentamos com valor bem abaixo sempre deixam qualquer mimo para o aniversariante. O café da manhã é ótimo e com bastante variedade. Fomos bem recepcionadas ao chegar porém no dia seguinte saimos cedo para fazer passeios na cidade e deixei o cartão para fazer a limpeza do quarto. Chegamos por volta das 13:00h e nao havia feito a limpeza do quarto.. tivemos que aguardar na área externa e nem sequer fomos avisadas após o término da limpeza.. tive que ficar indo na recepção para obter informações. Não há lixeira no quarto ou nas proximidades para jogar o lixo reciclável e não reciclável Pelo alto valor que cobram falta simplesmente comunicação e infraestrutura
