Ótima hospedagem! Em 3 minutos eu estava na rua principal de Paraty e em 10 min andando tranquilamente eu estava na ponta do cais quase dentro do barco. Café da manhã ótimo e é uma das primeiras pousadas custo benefício que vou que há uma variedade boa de café da manhã. O que me impressionou muito foi a calmaria do local, eu estava super próxima da rua principal mas sem o alvoroço de uma rua principal. Voltando em Paraty voltaria mais vezes. Elogio extra à recepcionista da manhã e a arrumadeira da manhã, duas queridas e super gentis comigo e meu namorado :)

Within 5 mins of the bus station, just off the main shopping road. Hotel had various facilities like pool table and swimming pool. Breakfast was good, better than average

This hotel is more like a youth hostel

this hotel has a good location and the grounds have potential, however the owner is obviously using it as a cash cow with no maintenance or investment. The Our room was more like a private room in a youth hostel than a hotel. There was an exposed wire in the shower so we didn't use it . The bedsheets did not fit and could not be tucked in so the matress was exposed when we slept. The rooms were small and dingy. the desk clerk acknowledged she understood we would stay 2 nights instead of three at arrival,but later was surprised when we left as planned. We left early because of the room.It was overpriced and uncomfortable . The staff was nice and helpful.

Pontos positivos, foram solícitos em deixar estacionar antes do check in pois cheguei antes do horário, toalhas ok, ar do quarto gelando. Pontos negativos. Mofo no teto, chuveiro gelado ou seja quebrado, porta do banheiro com um ganchinho igual de boteco para fechar, travesseiros finos muito ruins e ventilador de teto quebrado. Café da manhã seria 8hs e foi servido as 8:30. Minha esposa foi perguntar as 8:10 se já abriria e a resposta da senhora que parece ser a chefe da cozinha foi que abriria quando ela tirasse a corrente, ou seja, quando ela quisesse. Experiência horrível.

Foi bom, mas poderia ser bem melhor

Poderia ter sido muito melhor. A Pousada está em uma excelente localização, deixamos o carro no estacionamento durante nossa estadia, e foi excelente. Tivemos problemas no quarto que nós colocaram, pois o ar condicionado estava sem funcionar direito, depois parou de tudo, e o ventilador de teto também não funcionou. Viajamos com nossa bebê de 3 meses, e graças ao recepcionista, fomos alocados em outro quarto, mas no segundo pavio, era o que tinha. Foi bom,as pelo que vimos, os aparelhos de ar precisam de manutenção urgente. A Internet também não funcionou a contento, uma conexão muito instável. Quanto aos atendimento, recepção, as camareiras, todos muito educados e muito solícitos. A piscina precisa de uma manutenção urgente, pois está soltando parte do revestimento, e a água precisa ser melhor tratada. Precisam melhorar muito a estrutura, porque eles tem uma excelente localização, perto de tudo. Voltaremos a Paraty, talvez até nesta Pousada, por causa do atendimento.

Não foi uma boa experiência

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, na descrição do quarto está dizendo que tem 2 camas de solteiro, e na verdade só tem uma cama e um colchão no chão. O quarto não estava limpo, o frigobar não estava funcionando e os colchões estão em péssimo estado (com mofo). Ar condicionado precisa de higienização e na segunda diária o café da manhã atrasou uma hora.

Horrível, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, solicitei a troca de quarto e disseram que não era possíve pois o técnico iria resolver , o mesmo foi até o quarto e informou que não tinha jeito que teria que fazer uma limpeza pois o ar estava muito sujo, não me trocaram de quarto e nem descontaram nada da minha reserva, peço que isso seja revisto e descontado da pousada

PIOR LUGAR QUE JÁ ME HOSPEDEI

Infelizmente, minha experiência neste local foi muito negativa, e não recomendaria a ninguém. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O quarto em que fui alocada (nº 5) estava com um cheiro forte de mofo e várias manchas visíveis, inclusive nas roupas de cama, que também estavam com um odor desagradável. Ao solicitar a troca de quarto, fui informada pelo recepcionista que todos os quartos do primeiro andar estavam em condições semelhantes e que a alternativa seria mudar para um "quarto menos pior", como ele mesmo disse. No entanto, a gerente não mostrou qualquer flexibilidade e informou que não seria possível fazer a troca. O atendimento foi insatisfatório, e o café da manhã também não foi bom – o café parecia requentado. As fotos no site são completamente diferentes da realidade. A piscina estava visivelmente mal cuidada, com áreas descascadas e sujas, e o chuveirão não estava funcionando. Durante os quatro dias em que estive lá, não vi ninguém limpando a piscina. Além disso, o anúncio mencionava a presença de ventilador no quarto, o que não era verdade. Em um dos dias, houve uma falta de energia na cidade, mas a pousada não forneceu nenhum tipo de suporte, como informações sobre o ocorrido ou até mesmo uma lanterna de emergência. O frigobar do quarto estava enferrujado e remendado com fita isolante, e o banheiro estava sujo, com o piso imundo. No geral, minha experiência foi bastante frustrante e não atendeu às expectativas de qualidade e serviço que eu esperava.

A pousada é bem localizada, facil acesso a varios comercios e o centro historico e o cais de turismo. Mas nao gostamos do cafe da manhã, poucos funcionarios para atender a demanda, opcoes tem mas so no cardapio porque no buffet faltou muita coisa. As vezes tinhamos que pedir pra moca da cozinha o qie estava faltando no buffet. Precisam de mais atencao nesse quesito. Paulista é viciado em padarias e cafes e a pousada deixou a desejar. Demais tudo otimo.
