O atendimento de todo o pessoal foi impecável, fomos muitissimo bem tratados durante toda a hospedagem. A pousada fica muito bem localizada, com facil acesso à pé ao centro de Paraty. O café da manha é bom, com pao, tapioca, queijo, presunto, bolo, cha, suco, cafe e ovos preparados na hora. As funcionarias do cafe sempre atenciosas. A pousada em si, precisa de muitas melhorias: haviam muitas formigas na mesa de alimentos do cafe da manhã e no quarto, os utensilios de servir eram muito velhos e usados. Nao haviam mesas, cadeiras ou aparadores de malas no quarto, a porta do banheiro arrastava no chão, as tomadas do quarto nao funcionavam, o secador de cabelos estava quebrado, o frigobar nao fechava, as paredes estavam sujas e riscadas. Pelo valor pago (quase R$400/noite) esperávamos mais.

It was a beautiful place with a delicious breakfast. The room was very nice. It was spacious with high ceilings and a hammock. There is construction next door, but it was not loud at night.

Hermosa osada colonial para sentirte como en casa

Se destaca la amabilidad del personal, la piscina y la estética del lugar así como su excelente ubicación pegado al centro histórico y a pocos minutos a pie de la parte moderna de la ciudad donde encontrará la rodoviaria para ir en bus a cualquiera de las playas hermosísimas. Cerca de la posada hay algunas playas( Pontal y Jabaquara) que si bien no son recomendables para baño ofrecen una sombra y un paisaje hermosos. El desayuno es bien completo, casero y hecho con dedicación. La conexión a internet no es buena en las habitaciones

Ótima estadia

No geral a nossa hospedagem foi bem boa. A pousada é simples, nas muito agradável. A localização é ótima, super perto do centro histórico e do cais de onde saem as lanchas para os passeios. O café da manhã super variado, todo dia tinha algo diferente. A atendimento muito bom, a recepcionista (Thalita) era super atenciosa e resolutiva. O quarto é bem amplo e confortável. O banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas atende as necessidades. Tivemos um contratempo, pois alugamos o quarto com banheira de hidromassagem, mas quando fomos usar ela estava dando choque. Infelizmente não teve conserto durante a nossa estadia, mas os donos da pousada foram super corretos e devolveram o valor referente a diferença tarifaria dos quartos. Em geral, super recomento.

A pousada é bem agradavel e tem uma localização excelente! O café da manhã é nota 10 e toda a equipe de funcionários é muito solicita! O unico ponto que tenho de atenção é com relação á cama, achei ela um pouco dura, mas nada que atrapalhe o sono ou a estadia
