Well located next to the train station.

Pros: Location, rooms & staff. Breakfast was great.
Location: Next to the train station, and a short walk to downtown.
The staff were extremely helpful & knowlegeable about Lugano. The Barman, reception & restaurant staff were all very friendly. Guiseppe in the bar was fantastic.
