Overnight before early morning flight. Hotel a little noisy but not much they could do about that. Room very comfortable. 5 minutes stroll to airport so no transfer needed.

Convenient but basic

We booked due to an early flight the next morning and wanted the convenience of being at the airport. Unfortunately the other guests were not considerate of others in rooms as they noisily made their way down the corridors. Rooms were extremely small and basic. For the cost i would have expected better

Although close to the airport, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the terminal, lugging suitcases over uneven sidewalks. The shuttle was much better, but it was not clear how to access it from the airport. The shuttle back to the airport is 2 euros per person and was convenient. The room was okay, but had no coffeemaker or shampoo. The air conditioner in the room was dripping water onto the floor. We had to turn it off and put towels down to soak up the mess. We reported it to the desk the next morning, but they seemed indifferent. It was pretty clear this was not a new issue. Coffee was 2 euros extra. Dinner buffet was very expensive. Even the soup/salad-only option was 22 euros, but since it was difficult to get to any other restaurant in the area, we ended up paying the cost.

This is the only airport hotel at Porto. The rooms are nice, breakfast a bit plain. You need to arrange for the shuttle, but you can walk there in 10-12 minutes from the airport.

The property itself is good and access to the airport travellers is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Our big complaint is the restaurant! They only offered an expensive buffet, but for weary travellers looking for some light menu to purchase from…there is no option and no reasonable restaurants close by. The restaurant gets zero stars…the hotel itself, I will be generous and give it four stars. Would I return again? Possibly, but I would carefully consider other options for a place to stay.

The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and the restaurant is very good. We have stayed several times and will continue to do so. The addition of a bus shuttle to the airport is a great idea.
