It was good to find a clean affordable hotel to sleep after missing our fly to continue t our travels and stressful time at the airport So I’m grateful that it serve it purpose for a day - I was surprise to have shuttle bus from the airport and staff was nice and helpful when asked for help - I would not stay here for more then a night bc of the neighborhood didn’t feel 100% safe yet I was fine when I went to get something to eat — revitalizing the neighborhood would help a lot this neighborhood -

The room was cleaned daily which was good. Breakfast came to your room which was unique however, the menu can be a bit more local and the coffee gets cold quickly. If you are looking for an average place to stay then this is it. I think the free shuttle service to allbrook mall and the airport are their best attractions

24/7 desk staff is important since buses arrive in the city pretty much through the night and I need a place that is available to check me in whenever I arrive in the city. My husband and I arrived at separate times and they were helpful to him which I appreciated. I forgot my toothbrush and they had some available for only $1.50. my husband needed water and they only charged him a dollar for a water. Very pleased with the prices that they charged for necessary items, I didn't feel taken advantage of for needing extra items. The staff was extremely helpful when we asked questions colon for example I had to do work in the city for

The "breakfast included" was misleading. There was no dining room where guests could go to eat breakfast. Instead, breakfast is delivered to your room with a knock on the door around 7am. Some days breakfast consisted of three slices of bread and a fried egg with coffee. Very disappointed in this aspect of my stay at Marparaiso.
