Breakfast is good, dining is great, pool is great, location is decent, but the hotel looks dated, the bathroom needs good scrubbing, and bedsheets could use more attention or replacement. My room had a non-stop noise I eventually learnt to tolerate, it’d seem that some powerful engine was locked up in the sealed half of the wardrobe. This was the second room I changed to. My bed gave me intense body aches, and it was on my last night that I eventually got a lady to put a cushion over the bed.

The property is in an area that very convenience for me.the room i was in the face sink faucets is listing up .the bathrooms just needs upgrading.other than that everything was ok.

I like that the hotel is very central, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers and malls. the rooms do need some renovation especially the bathrooms.

Overall the stay was okay, what I didn’t like was, I had booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds, however I was given a room with 2 double beds, which I should have been given what I paid for. The front desk staff tried their very best to get it sorted but wasn’t able to get a room with Queen beds, also the housekeeper Carolina Wellington was awesome!
