I had great experience. Just was disappointed the property pictures showed a hot tub, but the hot tub was no longer there, and the pool was ice cold, no heater. Other than that. Overall great experience

Air conditioning made obnoxious noise all night. I’m not one to complain but I took a video to confirm. No sleep what so ever which makes it difficult when you have to work early in the morning. I’m also one to never leave bad reviews but I feel this was warranted.

Very nice room. But the TV is in front of the bed instead of the couch. Terrible breakfast buffet. That was the major flaw. Slow to check us in but I can forgive that.

Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Carpets could stand a cleaning, rooms were comfortable and the most part very clean, just need to do a little look see to repair a few flaws. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of comfortable pillows and plenty of towels . When we’re in the area again, we will for sure stay here…

Discomfort Suites

It smelled like marijuana through out the hallways. Cigarette butts everywhere. The AC was broke at the pool area couldn't even swim. People were set up in the parking lot doing side jobs. It was very odd and im glad I only spent one night there.

Good value, clean, and comfortable.

Clean room. Easy check in. Pool was ok (very chlorinated and indoor pool room was hot). Breakfast was decent. Beds were super comfortable. Someone on our floor was smoking weed and it would permiate into the rooms but that wasn't the staffs fault. Definitely would stay here again.
