Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor; one with a Queen-sized bed and private bath, the other with 2 children's bunk beds with bath directly across the hall. Great property for our family of six's first beach vacation. Check in and communication with the management company was very easy. The layout of the house was so intentional and beach user friendly. We were able to maximize our time at the beach and relaxing together as a family. Initially, we did find the beach access a little tricky (again we are very new to this area). A local was able to point us to a public beach entrance that was only 30 yards away that was easier for our family to use and had a washing station. The house had everything we needed. I appreciate the access not only to the bike and beach chairs but there were many other smaller items that made our beach time even better. The kitchen had plenty of room and nice appliances. Also, there were adequate towels for us to use our entire stay so my time was not used up doing laundry.

I was locked out of the home not once, but twice during my stay. The first time (the first night) they were able to give me a different code to use for the remainder of my stay but then three days later, that one stopped working. I was locked out with my three young children for nearly three hours in the hot Florida sun with no where to go since my car keys were also in the home. I was told that day that a supervisor will be looking over my stay once I checkout and I will be compensated for what happened. No one is answering my emails, responding to my text messages, or returning my phone calls over the compensation that a worker told me that I would receive.

Spring break trip

TRASH AND FLY PRECENCE

The location was fantastic, the house was clean and perfect for our stay. The trash outside had not been picked for days and make the outside smell, with numerous flies that ended escaping to the house whenever we opened the door for entry or exit. The barbeque area has not lighting, making it hard to barbecue in darkness. They offered me a golf cart that could not go over 26 miles/hour, making it hard for me to ride around the neighborhood to see the place. Was too slow on the roads and I couldn't use it to the Publix store to shop for a few groceries. Nice location nevertheless.

Great time, few problems

The rental home was perfect for our group. We had a great time, enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs, etc. My one issue was that the pool that we did not have access to was the one advertised in the booking. When we called to let the property manager know we could not get in the pool they informed us of the error. However, Allie did nothing to accomodate us and ended up hanging up on me. I felt that was unprofessional and misrepresentation of the amenities.

Our family loved staying here! The five bikes and completely stocked kitchen were such great amenities! Literally any utensil or appliance needed, they have stocked. The decor was perfect, not outdated at all. Super easy bike ride to the beach. The kids enjoyed the 2 community pools being nearby. Overall we had a blast, loved the location, loved all the vegetation surrounding the houses in the neighborhood. We wouldn’t mind staying in the same home again, next time we come to town!

Overall we were very happy with the house. Great layout and location. However, we had no WiFi our whole stay. We hoped it would be resolved while we were there but it wasn’t. Apparently the owner is aware but has yet to deal with it. It was a big negative for us - we stream all of our shows plus internet access is just a necessity these days.

At the time of check-in, we had no working television and no functional Wi-Fi. We spent our entire trip trying to manage the repair process as we needed to work from the property and Wifi was promised. Neither the Owner nor the property managers responded with any sense of urgency despite our many attempts at communication. It was treated as a flippant problem. Would not stay in this property or any other managed by Beachwalk vacations again.

Overall very nice condo, the walk to the beach was a little longer than we would have liked especially carrying beach chairs, ice chests, etc, there are about 50 stairs to climb down to get to the beach so a wagon is not an option. The bikes were a huge hit with our kids and a lot of fun.

We came for a girls weekend. The house had everything we needed. TONS of beach supplies. Tons in the kitchen. Tons of towels. Super convenient location. Sweet quiet neighborhood. Great to have a pool. Just can't think of a single complaint. Would love to come back.

Beautiful home! Screened in porch and upper deck were so nice to have-we used them daily. Four kids stayed in the kid bunk bed room with a TV and it was perfect for them! Bathrooms were very nice -especially the master. The kitchen was nice and it worked fine. There was not a lot of countertop space. Kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, Tupperware, and utensils. There was absolutely nothing else-no spices, olive oil, ziploc baggies, butter or ketchup or mustard or any condiments. It would have been nice to have had those things stocked-we needed all of them and bought new and only using a little of each. All kitchen and home appliances worked well. There were plenty of bath towels and enough detergent for washing dishes and clothes. If you stay here-you must bring your own beach towels. There was a shed with sand toys, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella which was broken and that was a big bummer. The pool is about a 3 minute walk from the house and the beach is about a 5 minute walk. We loved that!! We didn’t need to rent a golf cart bc it was so close. The beach was absolutely beautiful-white powdery sand, clear blue water, light waves (easy for kids to get in and play in). The house has access to a private beach walk that is right across the street but it takes you to a private part of the beach so you have to walk down a ways to post up. It’s better to use the sidewalk to walk further to the public entrance. Less trudging thru sand carrying all the beach gear.

Home away from feel! The unit has everything one could need for a beach trip for a multi- generational family. While not an issue for us, please note that the stairs for the beach access are steep and may pose access problems for some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great for our family

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and has everything you could need! We made a lot of great meals, enjoyed the space, loved the private beach access and all the beach things/toys in the shed. Location was not too crowded, but close enough to restaurants and shopping. Really wonderful-we would love to go back!

There were a total of 10 of us that stayed here. My husband and I and our 3 grown children and their significant others and our two grandchildren, 1 and 5. The house was great. We had 4 adults that stayed in the bunk room, but we were only there for 3 days so they made it work. The kitchen table was spacious. The counter space was a bit challenging for preparing food. The screened porch was super nice. We rented a golf cart and it was beneficial for the kids, but the walk to the beach was really not that bad if you're in decent shape. There is a code to get on the beach, but you're not allowed to set up there. They're forcing people to go down past that area to set up for the beach. This was annoying and disappointing. It's my understanding that if you don't have a house right on the beach, in certain areas they can ask you to move. My granddaughter went to the pool, once. It is very nice, but she complained that the water was too warm. She's 5. The little shed of everything really has absolutely anything and everything you could want for a successful day at the beach. Toys, chairs, games, floats, umbrellas, tents. We were amazed they had everything and very pleased :) There is an outside grill there. We grilled hamburgers one night. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.
