2 FREE beach chair loungers and umbrella are included seasonally with this unit, March 15-October 15, this is a $55 a day value! No need to carry your chairs to and from the beach. Parking is also very convenient, located directly beneath the unit with an elevator and luggage carts.

Owner managed since 2019. Located on the 4th floor of Seachase Condominiums, East Tower. Seachase is 8 stories high with 4 condos per floor so you'll never have to fight crowds for the beach or the elevator. This huge 1400sqft, is one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plans on the beach. Enjoy a BEACH FRONT experience with unique floor-to-ceiling, LARGE GLASS windows in EVERY ROOM, with new roller shades. Breathtaking GULF FRONT views from both Masters, each with it's own bathroom. One master comes with a king bed and the other two queens, mattresses are very comfortable and were purchased in 2024. The living room has leather sofas, purchased in 2024, with 4 seats that recline to watch the 55" HDTV Smart Screen in comfort. The bedrooms have Smart TV's as well. The unit comes stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you may like to do, as well as, both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Full sized washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable TV are also provided. The balcony opens up off the living room and both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the beautiful ocean view. Parking is very convenient, located directly beneath the unit with an elevator that is never crowded. 2 unassigned parking spaces come with this unit. Enjoy access to the shared pool (unheated) in the middle of the complex, along with chairs for sunbathing. This pool is rarely ever crowded, so though it is small it is perfect for Seachase. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony, Seachase is also smoke-free.

The host fee charged with your booking covers the cleaning after your stay and up to 2 parking passes (a $40 value). We also provide starter dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, hand soap, some spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

A maximum of TWO well-behaved/trained dogs under 15lbs are allowed. There is a non-refundable $140 fee plus tax that is included with the host fee if you mark you will be traveling with a pet. Please mention your dog at booking for approval, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in PCB. The Dog Beach is 1.5 miles east next to the Russel-Fields Pier at Pier Park.

**NOTE: The Seachase HOA is currently replacing all glass windows in the East Tower Work is currently taking place on the 1st floor and likely be completed by February 2026. This unit has beautiful new glass windows. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but there will be some noise associated with the project. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.**

Come enjoy the quiet West End of PCB where you are close to everything. Pier Park, with great dining and shopping is located only 1.5 miles away! Winn Dixie and local restaurants are walkable. We're also only minutes away from Frank Brown Park where most tournaments and events are held.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS, must be 30 years of age to book in March. Per PCB ordinance no alcohol is permitted on the beach in March.

Memorial Day weekend through the 2nd Saturday in August we book weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. We also book weekly at other times during the year and offer competetive off season rates, see calendar.
