The rooms were clean and neat. The staff we dealt with was rude. I try hard to go out of my way to be nice and talkative to the staff. However, they were just rude. One of the staff at the front desk actually asked my disabled, partially blind son, “Are you sure you are staying here?” Hopefully the company will notice these employees actions in the future and correct them.

Room was spotless. Brand new interior very nice bathroom. Quiet and safe great location. Only inconvenience is the staff is only available during normal business hours so don't lose your key or deactivate it by keeping to close to cell phone other then that fantastic spot highly recommend

Everything was good. Missed an oven and everything costed. We drove 16 hours over night and couldn't check in around 11 unless we paid. Couldn't get new stuff like towels or sheets unless we paid. The area didn't seam like a good area once there compared to looking on the map.

I canceled my reservation 2 days before their timeline required but they STILL charged my bank account for one night. Don't book unless you absolutely plan to stay there. They've created a legal battle. Contacted Expedia and was assured that the pending debit would not go through and that the room has been canceled. It went through. NEVER, EVER book there or through Expedia.

No. It had a stove, microwave and refrigerator, but the hotel didn't provide pots, pan, dishes or silverware. The room is very dirty a lot of cockroach big and small. The hallway very noisy at night. I couldn't sleep of the noise and not sanitation room. I had to checkout earlier than my booking because of all the reasons above.
