Unique Tiki House- Private POOL-Golf cart-Nothing like this!

Why stay in a cramped condo when you can reserve a sprawling 4 bedroom ranch on a double lot with your own PRIVATE POOL and a Tiki Hut. In fact, this whole house is done in a Tiki Theme. There isn't another house this cool on the whole Gulf Coast. We did a complete remodel of this old Florida Style house. But, we kept all of its retro charm and added all of today's modern conveniences. We refurbished the Terrazzo floors and kept the retro green tile in the bathroom. And, we put in a whole new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and even added a brand new pool.
The house is located in the much sought after area of Laguna Beach. It is less than 10 min walk to the beautiful sandy white beaches. We provide beach chairs (10), beach cart, and a cooler so you don't have to cram all those things in your car. And we also have a Golf Cart that you can use to make your trips to the beach easier ($200/fee)
There is a game room with its own 55" TV, a Foosball table, and board games. It even has a door to keep the noise out if you want to put the kiddos in there and not have to hear them. There is also a 55" TV in the living room if the Adults what to do their own thing. But, we have a feeling you will be spending most of your time out at the pool.
We really tried to make this a retreat. We didn't want to rent "a place to stay" while you are at the beach. We wanted it to be as fun as the rest of your vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tiki house. It had a nice home feeling to it. It was meticulously clean and very well maintained. All we had to do was enjoy it and have fun. Very spacious, nice modern appliances and beautiful grounds. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your home.

Absolutely Five Stars! Our recent stay at this tiki-themed VRBO was nothing short of perfection, and we can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were transported to a tropical paradise.The absolute highlight for us was the private pool. It was meticulously clean, wonderfully refreshing, and truly felt like our own secluded oasis. We spent countless hours lounging by the water, enjoying the tiki decor, and just unwinding in complete privacy. It was the ultimate luxury and made the vacation feel incredibly exclusive.Beyond the fantastic pool, the ease of access to the beach was a huge bonus. We were able to scoot over to the beach in just minutes with the golf cart, making spontaneous beach trips and sunset walks incredibly convenient. The VRBO itself was charmingly decorated with authentic tiki touches throughout, making for a truly immersive and fun experience. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. Great Location

Quick 2 min ride to beautiful beach with golf cart or car. House was perfect for our family of 6. While we have teenagers, it will also be a wonderful house for families with children of all ages . The back yard was fun with the connect 4 , corn hole and relaxing pool. Thank you for providing a house that felt like home for a week.

Cute house, needs a little work.

The house is a good size. The game room was a blessing for our teens. The house is nice but the cleaners need a talking to. When we checked in there was sand all over the floor,under the beds, and even in the beds. The pool was great and it had a nice big yard. I would recommend ant treatments. All in all it was a good stay, just needs a little more attention.

Great size home and great location

The landlord was very quick to correspond and respond to our plumbing problems. We had a few issues that were not due to any fault of the landlord (windows and plumbing). The property grounds around the home need cleaned up ( broken glass by side of house so I had to watch the kids like a hawk), The golf cart was $150 extra but we did not know it is not street legal and can’t be used at night. I would not have paid for it if we had known that in advance. Also, the foot step on the back of the golf cart is rusted and jagged and very dangerous( granddaughter cut her foot on it). Luckily, it won’t take much for them to repair it and make it safe again. The linen was old, torn and worn but it did not affect our stay. The house is quite big and enough room for all of us to be comfortable. It is in a great location just a few blocks to the beach.
