The Space:

**** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – April 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

I booked this place very last minute with my kiddos. I was skeptical that I’d get what I paid for considering it was booked just a week prior. But the entire condominium, The Summit, was absolutely incredible! The pool and hot tub area was so clean and so nice! The little grill on site was convenient, yummy, and staff was so so friendly. There was security always around so I felt safe if my 10 and 13 y/o needed to run up to our room without me to quickly grab something. The room itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We absolutely loved the modern day vibes. Incredible hospitality. We will definitely be returning! Love love love this place and cannot wait to return!!!

I live 8 hours away...Did not receive check in info until check in. Informed them the morning of I would be arriving late...no response.. Receiving Access Codes close to check in time understandable but other pertinent info about check in...I needed the day prior. Then I was locked out of the property due to time sensitive locks. I was not informed until I was almost there.

Modern and relaxing

Condo looked just like the pictures. It was fun trying to figure out how to use the modern features, likes light switches and the fridge/microwave. Very quiet and relaxing. Could have stayed inside and chilled out by the big screen TV but we were so close to ocean we could hear it calling our name. Would absolutely stay here again
