We had a wonderful time! The condo was fabulous. It was very clean and there were plenty of toiletries. Plenty of amenities. Check in/checkout was easy and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. This was our Fourth stay at the Pointe for spring break. The kids had a ball. The location is perfect. 5 minutes to the square and 5 minutes to the beach.

We have never stayed so far from the beach but loved the huge balconies and restaurant- on site- big bad breakfast …the private green space, pool, hot tub, workout room, and other amenities we didn’t use-buti think the most useful and nice touch were the beach chairs you could check out from the main office, lots of kids with small children stay here, so be ready for the early morning warriors playing at the pool-my teens we’re not fans, lol-other than distance from beach and early morning wake-ups from littles-it was really nice! We definitely prefer staying on the beach, but for last minute spring break plans - this place was awesome!!! just a simple ask- please put in full length mirrors!!! We had an absolute blast! Wish the rooftop bar were still open- the views were amazing from up there- took some great family pictures up there!!!!

Great location- could use a deep clean and more everyday products

My husband and I brought our baby to stay here on her first beach trip and had a nice time at this property. It’s walking distance to everything we like to do and places we like to eat in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The pool area, gym and rooftop space are all nice amenities. It was more than plenty of space for the 3 of us. It could have easily accommodated another couple as the bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are large and we just used the master space. However, as another visitor mentioned the entry space on all four floors of this particular building at The Pointe is experiencing significant settling. They have reinforced the balconies of all 4 floors with big 6 by 6 beams and some tarps to keep people away from the edge. But from the entry door to the balcony there is considerable downsloping that raises some concerns. Additionally. for the price to stay a week, I feel that there should be more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 washer pods. The place was relatively clean. There were some pieces of grass in the washing machine that I had to clean out before first use, the refrigerator while clean smelled heavily of bleach (which I didn’t love bc I was storing breast milk for my child there) and had to wipe it out, and in general there were some stains on the carpets from day to day wear and tear. Also, there weren’t any coffee filters for the very small coffee pot or any salt or pepper for cooking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and location. But just a few big things were lacking to give this place 5 stars.

The outside of the property appeared a bit old and in need of repair. The outside porch was partially barricaded off because of significant concrete damage and settling. It appeared to be a potential collapse hazard….not a good first impression. The inside of our condo was neat, well-kept, and fairly comfortable. It is a shame that management is so stingy with paper goods. Check-in is rigid and very late.

Many Pros & Cons

We've stayed in the area as a family before and were excited to go back. We had a fabulous time and wanted to tell you both the good and the bad about this condo. Pros: Fabulous location, 2 bikes to use, great pool, 2 bedroom suites, super easy beach access off Winston. Beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys were included at the condo which was great for the short walk to the beach Cons: The management company was difficult to deal with. The dishwasher was broken the entire week and had been broken the previous week from what we heard. When emailing the management co or asking for a call back the calls or emails were never returned. The water smelled strongly of sulfur, and by the end of the week, the condo smelled like natural gas. There were only 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 laundry tabs, and place settings for 4, nothing more. The rest of the condo was completely cleaned out. I've never stayed in a VRBO with so few amenities. Overall, I would absolutely stay in the condo again as long as it was managed by a different company. *The answering service with 30A Escapes and the service people who came to the condo were all wonderful to speak to.
