Nice stay

Overall cute place except random things are broken like the patio chairs. The air conditioning is loud in the living room, towels are small, and there are no pool or beach towels.

Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location! We had easy access to beach, pools (there are multiple!), free parking (with security patrol). Balcony overlooks the beach and sparking water, just as pictured. Having a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer made our stay very convenient too, as a family of 4. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Took a Chance - and it paid off!

We took a chance on a well-priced property with not too many reviews… and it paid off! Our family stayed in several condos throughout this building so I can compare our unit to several others. PROS: We were close to the elevator, but it wasn’t noisy. Two bathrooms was a huge plus even with just two people. The kitchen had everything you’d want - big fridge and working appliances. The views from the balcony ..::chefs kiss::.. Plenty of room on the beach - we also didn’t have issues finding space at the pool. Starbucks at the ground level. TONS of luggage carts - like more than I’ve EVER seen at any place we’ve stayed. CONS: During peak hours, the elevators close to us did get super busy so we started using the ones far away or just walking down… VRBO fees seemed excessive - but that’s in no way a dig on the unit… Honestly, I’m very happy we chose to stay here. Nitish was a great host - responsive and friendly. I shared some details about a missing remote and he was apologetic and grateful for the info.

Yearly Visit

Our friend group go to PCB every year and we stay at this property. This was the first time we had stayed in this unit. It was perfect for me and my husband. The condo was clean and the owner was very responsive when I asked questions. Our other friends who had different condos said ours was the best and most updated of the condos. My husband took a couple naps on the couch and said it was very comfortable. No complaints on this condo.

5 stars!!!

My husband and I love this resort! We have stayed here multiple times although we usually go through Wyndham. This was our first time using VRBO to book and we are more than satisfied! Nitish was so easy to work with and kept us up to date on any changes going on at the resort! The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. It was right at the main elevator so we didnt have to do too much walking! We will definitely use them in upcoming stays!
