That's right. You are looking at the correct price for this beautiful house. I am trying to get my Super Host status on VRBO, and it will only take 1 more stay.....will it be you??

Welcome to Summer House! During your vacation stay at this 2400 sq ft home this is Key West Style. Heated Pool and hang out area including gas Weber Grill. It's a Great family gathering spot. Cook dinner watch the kids swim around or just hang out.

There are 3 master bedrooms with King Size beds in each, and a loft upstairs with 2 bunk beds (Queen size on bottom and full size on top for both).

The main floor has a nice open kitchen plan into the dining room and living room with a large island and table perfect for groups. Dimmer lights help set the mood.

There is a double- sized deck on the 3rd floor giving a beautiful view of the Gulf and the sunsets. You are also able to see sunrises from this property as well. A PCB rarity!

The walk to the beach does not cross any major streets and is only 150 feet away to Beach access #1. The street is not a busy one and the speed limit is 10 mph. You can rent golf carts locally, but not needed for this house to get to the beach quickly.

Local beach bar (Patches Pub) with great food and Live music just down the street. When hanging out in the evenings you can hear the great vibes in the distant. It helps bring the beach and fun to Summer House. Visit all the local attractions and then come home to a quaint quiet beachy neighborhood. The perfect place to stay while visiting PCB!!

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our group! We were hesitant in booking due to not knowing how the walk to the beach would be. I’m glad we rented. It was a very short walk and no traffic to mention at all. The host was prompt to answer any questions we had and the house was comfy, clean, and well appointed.

This house was great place to stay, for our large group.

We really enjoyed this home, and the area and closeness to beach. Plenty of room for our group to stay. We have stayed in other houses in this strip of houses on this street, and this was our favorite so far. Can’t wait for next Spring break.

Great host, good house

Brian was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The house is nice, however we had a large group so the kitchen was a little too small for us. The pantry in the kitchen is locked for owners use only so we had no where to put our groceries. This house is in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
