COMPLETE REMODEL 2019!!! This Condo is located at the beautiful Seychelles Resort and is the largest floor plan with wrap around balcony all the way down three sides!!! . It has magnificent views of the sandy white beaches and Historic St Andrew’s Bay located on the East end of Panama City Beach away from all of the bumper to bumper traffic- yet in the heart of the best restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. It offers breathtaking sunsets and views of the coastline and the bays. The wrap around balcony will allow all of your senses to enjoy this oceanfront paradise. Unquestionably the best views in all of Panama City Beach.

Local restaurants: Schooners, (next door), is the last local beach club and is our famous family-oriented beach front restaurant with live music, dancing and major festivals. Captain Anderson's award winning seafood restaurant is one of many at the marina a couple blocks away. Walk to Patches Pub for great drinks, foods and bands every night!

The marina as well as the beach is the destination for a vacation in Panama City Beach because some part of your stay here should include being on, in, around, above or under the water. Party boat, jet ski and other boat rentals. Cruises from swimming with the dolphins, sailing with pirates, dinner/dance, Shell Island excursions and more abound. Be sure to take in all three areas of the marina as each has unique offerings and friendly, helpful staff.

This is the area in Panama City Beach to watch the daily catch as it is unloaded at the marina and visit the numerous fresh seafood shops.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a door leading out to the balcony directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a TV/DVD combo for you viewing pleasure. The master bath is spacious with separate shower and tub.

Second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, DVD and sliding door leading out to balcony with spectacular views of the bay. This balcony wraps all the way around the west end of the building to connect with the beach front balcony.

Third bedroom has a double and twin bunk bed, TV, and DVD.

The den/dining room opens onto the balcony and has 5 large picture windows on the East end of the building that allow a beautiful panoramic view of the Panama City Beach coastline from the entire living area. Sit anywhere in the main living area and view the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

Kitchen is fully furnished with upgraded stained cabinets and stainless appliances including solid cook top with oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer and more. Laundry room, with washer and dryer, is just off kitchen.

You can also enjoy 2 beach front pools, 1 hot tub, game room and exercise room during your stay. St. Andrews State Park is within 1/2 mile and Schooners restaurant is just next door with its fabulous seafood menu.

Amazing Condo!

The entire process from check-in to checkout was seamless. Scott was an amazing, attentive host & checked several times to see if we needed anything. Condo is amazingly stocked with anything that you need from home & more! It’s beautifully decorated & so comfortable. The views from the 13th floor are spectacular & the wraparound balcony was awesome! Being next door to Schooners was also a plus having a great restaurant in walking distance. We have been coming to PCB for many years & this is by far the best condo we have rented! You will not be disappointed & not want to leave!

Spacious and Clean

This is our second time to rent this condo, and it won't be our last. We had a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The condo was very clean and well stocked. All the beds were comfortable. The appliances were in great condition. You can tell the property is maintained very well. There are no signs of neglect. Scott [the owner] also goes above and beyond to address any questions and make sure there are no issues during the stay. You can't go wrong with this one.

Awesome place!

Parking for only one car

This condo was very nice & clean.. only issue was only one car per parking garage, next nearest parking was .5 away at the marina? Tickets was being put on cars in the garage that didn’t have a parking pass. Everything else was nice & enjoyable..

Amazing Condo in a great location!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Scott provided great communication from the start until checkout. The location made it easy to get anywhere we needed on time. Only issue is the elevator situation upon checkin, as everyone is arriving around the same time and only 3 elevators. Other than that, you’ll love this place!

Home Away from Hone

The condo is a great size. There were 6 of us that stayed and we had plenty of room. Even my nieces would come over from their condo and hang with us. Very nicely decorated and had every pot, pan and utensils needed to cook in. We have always loved staying at Seychelles and this condo has been one of our favorites. Owner was extremely nice and helpful!

favorite condo at seychelles

My family has been visiting PCB for many years. We love Seychelles because it is on the "quieter" end of PCB with a lot less traffic. Over the years, we have stayed in a several different condos at the property, but this one was definitely our favorite. The condo was very clean and decorated extremely well. Everything seemed to be new and/or well-maintained: comfortable couch, motorized recliner, big screen TV, comfortable beds, great washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchen...the list goes on. Box fans were even available for each bedroom. So, we could have left ours at home. You can tell a lot of thought and consideration went into the preparation of this condo. We were sad to leave, but we definitely plan to rent this unit again from Scott. He was very accommodating when needing to adjust our plans, and he checked on us at the beginning/end of the trip to make sure everything was okay. Thanks for allowing our family to enjoy your place.

This condo was spacious and beautiful! The balcony was our family’s favorite! It was a convenient location, but not in the busy part of town. Minus all the craziness that started with COVID-19 while we were visiting, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

So beautiful

I grew up in PC and returned for a high school reunion. I chose this condo due to the proximity to various functions. The condo itself was beyond all expectations. Beautiful furnishings and decor! The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d ever need for a beach vacation. The mattresses are the most comfortable we had ever experienced in a condo, it’s like being at home! My husband is not a beach guy, but first thing out of his mouth was, “I could live here!”. The views and wrap around balcony were the best! Can’t wait to go back! Very pleasant experience and the owner was easily accessible! Thank you Scott!

A relaxing vacation!

I have vacationed in PCB many times, but usually stayed on a lower floor. The views from #1301 were stunning from every window, especially at night overlooking the bay. I felt honored to be the 1st guest to stay in this newly renovated condo. The owners did not overlook anything! The furniture was so comfortable, the beds had memory foam, as well as the pillows. The linens were top of the line, including the bath towels. The furniture on the balcony was delightful - a perfect spot to have my morning coffee, while gazing at the beach. This was the most peaceful condo I have ever stayed in and look forward to returning!
