Pictures are very deceiving. The room I thought I was getting from the pictures verses what I received were not the same. You could barely turn around in the room. Not at all worth the amount that I paid, and had I known what kind of room I was getting I would not have got an extra night there. The TV didn’t work half the time, the WiFi was spotty the whole time, we had to ask for more trash bags and linens, was not made aware that housekeeping would not be coming by at all the entire stay, not even to sweep the floors (sand from beach). I had to go buy a broom for the room. I’ve never had to purchase ice from a hotel. When buying it the price never changed but the quantity of ice in the bags did. One bag would be “full” and the next bag wouldn’t even have half the ice the first one did. When I mentioned that the guy shrugged his shoulders. There was hair all in the shower from previous guests. Went to the restaurant on site and my entire order was wrong but when asked to fix it because my food was well over $75 I was given attitude then it still wasn’t correct so I didn’t even bother with it a second time just didn’t bother with it again. We haven’t taken a vacation in a long time and it was for my son and my birthday but it was absolutely just not enjoyable. Highly disappointed and will not be making reservations there again. I was very upset.

The pools and placement on the beach was nice. The room was big enough. However, housekeeping is non existent. The toilet stayed clogged (not from excessive use) the beds were so so uncomfortable we ended up leaving a day early. There was ONE tiny trash can in the whole room and it was in the bathroom. We had to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper and trash bags, which we were handed 1 each of. Eh. Not going to chose this place again.

The outside amenities are great for children. Otherwise, room was old and not was as pictured online. Floor had old carpet and was wet when we got there. Couch has stains. Mold in the shower and on lamp shades in rooms.

When we checked in, we thought this was going to be amazing! Nice staff and great vibe - then we got to our room. Beds were cheap and looked like they were yanked out of a fold a bed couch and left open. TV had lines all through it and was horrible to look at. Went to bathroom to see mold on the ceiling. Got moved to another room - realized we left something in the old room that they were going to have maintenance look at only to find out that it had already been rented out to another family. Second room was a little better- and a good location, but the pools and what not need improving. Even if you just clean the rust and paint over it - the amount of money spent on it, they can afford paint.

we loved how we could just stay and had pools, dinner, breakfast. order take out too. toilet leaked around bottom, so we had to keep a towel wrapped and did find one big dead cockroach. besides that, we had a great time

We booked 2 rooms..one room updated and 2nd room looked like it was dated back to the 50’s. No shampoo or conditioner; only tiny bars of soap. Had to pay 20 dollars to get a hair dryer. Great place if you have children as there is everything they need to entertain them without leaving the resort.
