Regency Towers #1119- Thomas Drive Beach Getaway!

This 11th floor unit located at Regency Towers offers excellent comforts to make the most of your beach vacation. The master bedroom hosts a king bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the beachfront balcony. The second bedroom hosts two full beds and is adjacent to the unit's second bathroom. The common room also hosts a sleeper sofa for two people.
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate, if under 21 years of age.

RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great Stay for the 4th!

Great location, nice condo, owner communicated quickly about an issue that arose. Parking is limited and there can be long waits for the elevator. Fireworks on the beach were amazing for the 4th!
