*Pet Policy: One pet dog is allowed per unit. There is a Nonrefundable one time Pet Fee in the amount of $300.00 USD plus tax due at imposed by Treasure Island which is due at the time of check-in as well as a Nonrefundable one time fee in the amount of $100.00 USD imposed by Sail Away Vacation Rentals. Pet dog weight must be 35 pounds or less.

The communication with Sail Away Rentals was top notch. I can't express enough my appreciation.Condo was beautiful, nicely decorated, and has a large layout. I always keep clean a place I visit, so, I liked there was a vacuum cleaner and a washer/dryer set in the laundry room. I took my own pods so I could wash bedding and towels, although this was optional. I wished there was a multipurpose cleaning spray for the counters & dusting spray for the tables in living room, but I still managed to keep the unit very clean and fresh. A bonus was a trash chute on my floor (17th) so I didnt have to walk the trash all the way down. The size of the balcony was perfect and the view from the balcony was phenomenal. My visit was to design an online course to help ppl change a negative mindset to a positive one, and to begin writing my book, so, utimately, the vibe of the condo & the view of the ocean were my priorities. I woke up to the natural sunshine & the oceanfront view-which helped me get in the creative flow first thing in the morning. I used my laptop on the large dining room table, the living room, and the balcony. I would use Sail Away Rentals again. Treasure Island property, however, I give a 3 star because the front desk girl at check-in didnt know the difference between a pet & a service animal- i was charged the 351 pet fee, which is illegal in Florida. TI needs to do better on this level, either change it to honor the service dog regulations or train the employees

Clean, but wore out

The condo was spotless, the couch pull out bed, as well as the chairs, and the bunk beds were WORE OUT. There was physically only 1 pan/skillet to cook with and the walls desperately needed pain… I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS PARTICULAR CONDO AGAIN

We have stayed in Panama City a handful of times at different rentals on the beach front. This is by far our worst experience. The rental was not maintained. It had missing utilities, no instructions, and damage to the property. Two of our family members needed Wi-Fi to work remote and it took over a day to get a response. The main tv never worked! In our past experiences we always had clear instructions when we arrived about how to navigate simple things like the tv and Wi-Fi. I hope this review helps get this rental straightened up for future occupants!
