Laketown Wharf is known for its incredible resort-style amenities, including 5 unique pools, a lakefront boardwalk, fitness center (closed for repairs), rooftop putting green, garage parking, and nightly fountain and light shows. Plus, you`re just a short walk to the beach, as well as some of Panama City Beach’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment!
Things to Note:
- There is a $105 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
