Loved the property and the location! Right on the beach. Perfect for our 9 person get together. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Would have liked had a little more information upfront about the need to bring coffee, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We had a minor maintenance issue which was fixed immediately. Overall, the place was great!

We had a wonderful stay. The views are absolutely incredible. The photos don't do them justice. Very special. The condo itself is beautiful, completely updated, and very spacious. The kitchen, living room and patio were our favorite parts. Each bedroom is large and has its own bathroom. The location can't be any better right on the beach. We will always remember our 30A vacation fondly.

We loved our stay! It is beautiful with a fabulous view. We walked to all of the restaurants at Rosemary and Alys Beach. There is a cute little market really close for snacks and beverages. Bike rentals really close. Great walkability and well equipped. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Loved the condo and beach. Just beautiful. A few issues:Sofa is feather sofa. If you have allergies, be forewarned. No ramp and lots of steps to beach. Challenging if you have mobility issues. Master bed was very firm. The bugs outside were insane. Love bugs everywhere and swarms of giant dragonflies. Sitting outside was almost impossible. This may have been a seasonal issue. Beyond those things, it was an amazing trip.

Amazing property! This was our second time staying here, and we love it so much! Check-in was easy, and the condo was beautiful, stocked with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Our family of six (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of space, and the beach access was super convenient. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins right from the balcony! We’d definitely stay here again.
