Beautiful views from moment you walk thru door!

Excellent convo by the beach! Beautiful views from the moment you walk thru the door! Clean space, comfy beds, variety of seating ops. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice to have washer & dryer. Communication system w property mgmt is excellent. Only real issue was spotty cell service, but that’s the case all over the area & not at all fault of property mgr/owner, but noting for potential remote workers as may be challenging. Again, this is not something that can be “fixed”, but may impact working travelers; it’s the case in other areas of the immediate community affecting multiple service providers as I had several family members in town staying in a variety of local accommodations & we were challenged to keep in touch other than just showing up at each others venues. The actual condo space, tho, is really great! Having a umbrella w 2 chairs at the beach included was a super fab bonus! I’d most definitely stay here again!

Comfortable digs with great Gulf view

We liked our unit at Mistral. The location right on the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning. There were sometimes discrepancies between the guidebook we were sent digitally and the print book in the unit. The print book gave us one password for Wi-Fi, but another paper on the credenza gave a different password, which was the correct one. Just small stuff like that. Cell signal was not great. The kitchen was very nice, the bathroom was nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpeting was a little dingy, and the balcony door was very rusted and hard to slide back-and-forth. But overall the location was great and the oceanfront view was spectacular. We also appreciated that the unit had a red “sea turtl light instead of a porch light on the balcony.
