We had someone at the house every day of our stay. To cut the grass, treat the pool, check on pool again, and the random work orders. But they never communicated when someone would be by. The fire pit outside didn’t work. The propane tank was out. We did inform the property and they replaced the propane tank the last day of our trip. Outside grill was very dirty and also didn’t work. We had to go buy a lighter to manually ignite the grill to start it. The outside patio chairs are very old, broken and coming apart, and cushions were dirty and very flat. The kitchen is small and has very few supplies. No mixing bowls, no pot holders, no oven mitts. Only had one kitchen towel. One roll of paper towels. We had to go buy our own paper products. No toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. No extra rolls of toilet paper. Very few towels throughout the whole house. Some blinds are broken throughout the house. The light on the back side of the house stays on all night and shines in master bedroom.The door knob on the game room is falling off. The Q ball for the pool table was missing. We did message the property and a new set was brought to us three days later. There is no outside shower as stated in the description. Refrigerator is dented. There’s stains on the couch. Pictures are the best part of this house. It has a ton of potential but not kept up. We were not able to use the pool for half of our trip and when asked for a refund for the heated pool fee was told no.
