Check in was easy. Expect to pay 100 fee for amenities when you get there. Bed was smelling of urine. The place was as clean as one could get it. It just needs some upgrades. The couch is wet and sticky feeling, it’s old and the wrong material for a beach condo, the carpet on the ground as well.

Family trip for a beach wedding

Only real complaint is about the parking. We had two elderly people with us. One of them has congestive heart failure. The amount of walking from the north parking lot to our room close to the south parking lot was exhausting. The south parking lot is very small compared to the north. The handicapped spots were full. When parked in south parking, we had to climb a flight of stairs to get on elevator to go back down to our floor. There isn't a direct path from lot to elevators. Our room was as expected and view of wharf was nice.

Great experience

We go to the same room at lake town wharf anytime we visit Panama. It’s conveniently located near everything. The room we stay in is well kept. Check in process is easy.

I really enjoy staying at the the Laketown Warf. The location is perfect. The condo this year was overall fine but it lacked any cooking supplies. We had one pot and not much else. My family does not eat out every night on vacation but there wasn’t much option for cooking. Thankfully I had family members staying in other condos there that were stocked with these things. It said it had a keurig but it did not which wasn’t a huge deal but I had planned for that. The overall condo setup was fine. We would stay at the Laketown Warf again. There seemed to be a lot more college kids this time around which we didn’t run into when we stayed there before. Could just be timing of spring break this year. You can’t beat the location though and check in and out was simple.
