Upon arrival, you will immediately notice the ground-floor gathering area. The open-air patio includes a picnic table and BBQ grill for relaxing outdoor fun. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off the salt and sand after a good day at the beach. The main living area is located on the second floor. Tiled floors, sunny windows, and colorful accents create a laid-back vibe perfect for vacation. A dove-gray couch and matching loveseat center around a hardwood cocktail table and a blue, geometric rug. The seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wooden entertainment center. Next to the living room is a cozy dining area near two large windows with water views. It has a glass-topped table surrounded by five cushioned chairs. On the other side of the living room, an arched doorway leads to the kitchen. The all-white kitchen features spacious cabinetry, a tiled backsplash over the stove, quartz countertops, white appliances, and a sunny window.

The home’s primary suite is on the third floor. The large, carpeted bedroom boasts a king-size bed, sandy-colored furnishings, a romantic seating area for two, flatscreen TV, and three windows that brighten the space. In the ensuite bath, you will find a tub/shower combo and dual vanities. Upstairs, the loft guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a private bath, and access to a covered balcony with expansive gulf views. Furnished with a table and chairs, this is a great spot to relax, enjoy a drink, chat with fellow vacationers, and watch the waves roll in.

Because of this property’s convenient Inlet Beach location, it is less than a two-minute walk to the public beach access. Other benefits of the location include close proximity to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell, which provide amazing opportunities to interact with the natural coastal environment.
