We did not get the room we paid for which was beachfront with a balcony. The manager said if we wanted to see the ocean we should have booked "ocean front" not "beach front"! So don't be fooled by how Hyatt describes these 2 things. It is very misleading! Staff was fairly rude most of the time. Room was nice even though it wasn't what we paid for we tried to make the best of it. They charge for everything but say it's ok because now it's not a resort fee. If you have a pet the charge is $125 no matter if it's 1 night or 6 nights which I felt was really high. We were there for 2 nights. Overall I was very disappointed with the wrong room and rude staff. The pool area and beach area were very nice but parking is across the street which is normal for PC but you will have to cross on the actual street, there is no skybridge and that can be a bit dangerous I felt. We will not be going back to this hotel.

Great location, just a couple blocks down from Pier Park. Beach front hotel with a very nice pool area. Beach is beautiful here. The hotel is nice, clean, and has easy parking. I loved the room configuration with two queen beds plus a double side sleeper in an oversized balcony room. We are a family of four with young teenagers, so everyone got their own bed without renting a second room! If we come back to this area I would stay here again.

The manager and front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional and got extremely hostile and aggressive with me when I attempted do discuss my dissatisfaction with the service. This needed to be reviewed at at corporate level and the staff be reprimanded or terminated as I am certain that this is NOT an isolated incident and costs the hotel untold lost profits Elisa Vista 954-552-1157

This is a great property. We have stayed here several times when visiting Panama City Beach. The kids love the pool and the DJ makes it lively on the weekends. The location is very close to Pierre Park and Topgolf. There are plenty of restaurants very close.
