Located less than a half-mile from the property, the new Highway 98 Underpass makes it easy to bike directly to Highway 30A without having to cross busy roads! This art-filled pathway, featuring vibrant murals and sculptures, is both a safe and scenic way for guests looking to explore the area!

-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West, or on Highway 98. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, hot tub or other amenities provided to guests.

This beautiful house is conveniently located near the beach, shops, and Rosemary. It’s just a short and easy bike ride away. I really enjoyed the rooftop area and hot tub. The place was clean and tastefully decorated, and it’s also close to the community pool. I highly recommend it.

This is a great property and very conveniently located. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach or Rosemary Square. Our teens absolutely loved the rooftop area and hot tub. The kitchen has everything you need. There are LOTS of stairs in this home so it would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues or toddlers. Our only issue was that the filter in the main fridge has expired causing the ice maker and water dispenser to not function. I spoke with management on two consecutive days about the issue. Someone with maintenance came and took the spent filter but never replaced it. A final call to Managment indicated that they would follow up, but the issue was not resolved before our stay ended. All in all, we had a great stay and would return to this property.

Listing was accurate, main floor and rooftop even larger/nicer than the photos show. Crossing the highway was busier than expected, but the use of property provided bikes and LSV was helpful for that. Still some construction in the neighborhood, but only mildly dusty. We had to reach out to the property manager for a few things (hot tub breaker blew, pool was showing closed but wasn’t, and batteries dead in fans/lights) and they were quick to respond and resolve everything. New and spacious.

The unit itself was well maintained and beautiful, but the property manager, Melissa, ruined the experience. When we arrived, the front door was wide open. Melissa offered no help or solution. We didn’t feel safe and had to call the local police to walk through the house before entering. We also weren’t given a working code for the pool gate. She said she’d call the HOA and get back to us, but never did. Because of this, we couldn’t use the community pool. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
