Our 1st floor condominium overlooks the 2 pools, one of which is heated to 80 Degrees in the winter. The condo is decorated and furnished with many extras to provide a tropical, relaxing vacation for a couple or family. The Summerhouse location is directly on the Gulf of Mexico at 6505 Thomas Drive. The new Panama City Beach Airport called 'Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport' is now open with service from several major airlines.

Besides the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach has much more to offer our visitors. Our ever-expanding entertainment and shopping center, PIER PARK. We also have two 1500 foot long fishing piers, St Andrews State Park, a great place to snorkel. You will be able to spot the very delicate Seahorse 'please do not handle', Sea Urchins, Shrimp and many other sea creatures hanging out on the lush grass bottoms of St Andrews Bay.

Last Thursday of the month is Pest Control Treatment Day.
A/C Thermostat is fixed to not go below 70 degrees and no higher than 75 degrees. Guest can change between those temps.

Peaceful east end stay

We usually stay on the west end but came to Summerhouse because our fave beach guy works there now. His name is Jonathan, and he is the best! The facility was nice, and I do like that there’s a 24/7 front desk attendant. The rules at this facility are a little stricter than where we usually stay, but the people are nice, the grounds are beautiful, and we appreciated being on the first floor. There is only one elevator for each building (there are 3, and we were in A, the one in the center). The view is really nice, even from just the first floor. Do be aware that there are stairs entering and exiting the beach one way, so navigating a beach buggy can get a little tricky if you don’t take the longer sandy pathway. As for the room, it was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were roomy enough, too. The guest bedroom also had several beach chairs and toys to use at the beach. If I could say one thing the unit lacks is a garbage disposal. I’ve never stayed at one that didn’t have it. There are little details about the place that could stand to be touched up, but the decor was nice, and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved this condo and the Staff was awesome!!! The views of the beach were beautiful 😍! We hope to reserve the condo again for next year. There does need to be liquid dish detergent because there was not any in the liquid dispenser. And the coffee maker still had old coffee in it. I would still recommend this condo to others ❤️

This is a nice place and a nice condo. This is our second stay here. The last time there wasnt as many rules as there was this time bjt we managed. Check in and out were easy, clean property. I had some issues with a smoke detector beeping and the air messing up but the owner was very quick in responding to and resolving the issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. This was our first time,we normally stay on front beach road. Due to the high cost of our usual Condo we decided to try something new. I am glad we did. There was much less traffic and noise.

Great Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the nightly activities: movie night, face painting, etc… for the kids. Also the location of the room was great not having to use elevators. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo and location

We love staying at Summerhouse because the rooms are so close to the pool and the beach..with kids, the shorter the walk, the better! The condo was super clean and had about everything you could think of that you needed. All you really need to bring is your food and clothing! The only issue I had was the ladies at the front office. With me booking through a different company for this condo, they offered about a ZERO on helpfulness when it came time for me to check in..just telling me that things like my armbands "should be in your room". Which they weren't..so then that was another trip back down to the office, to stand in line to tell them that I needed armbands. Then I had to call back down there to ask for the wifi password, due to them not telling me at check in.

Great location away from all the traffic but still close to all the fun stuff.

No real issues. Beach chairs are not included so bring your own. We had a great time. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. It was a perfect vacation spot.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing Spring Break and loved our condo! It was very clean and had been recently updated. The kids loved the heated pool and the beach was just steps away! The building is only 8 floors so it’s easy to get luggage/groceries to your condo. I was worried we would be close to the strip area where college kids go, but we were 2 miles away and it was very family oriented. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect week at the beach

Beautiful condo and grounds. Well-stocked kitchen. It’s so nice to stay somewhere where the pictures match the reality and everything worked just as it should! Beach was close, clean, and we were away from the busier parts of PCB which is how we like it!
