Welcome to Bella Casa beach house, offered by High Tide R and R! This stunning 3-story, 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home w/ loft sleeps 11 guests and offers breathtaking beach views from the 3rd-floor balcony. Just steps from Patches and walking distance to St. Andrews State Park, you’ll enjoy the best of Panama City Beach. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfy beds, this retreat is perfect for families and groups. Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable beach memories!

This spacious home features 3 bedrooms with the loft serving as the 4th "bedroom", alternatively referred to as "sleeping area" with a twin over full bunk, queen bed and games to play. What makes this home even better is the first and second floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The loft has a half bath with toilet and sink. Both 2nd floor bedrooms have desks with chairs.

*Note: Bella Casa sleeps 12 guests. You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for. Guests under 21 must be approved by host prior to booking.

*UP TO 2 SMALL DOGS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL FROM HOST AND PET FEE PAID*

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like highchairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

Family Beach Trip

Our family took our first beach trip together in over 5 years, we sought out the perfect beach house and this home didn’t disappoint! Home had a great layout for everyone to have their own space, along with the open floor plan downstairs for everyone to be able to hang out together. Short walking distance to the beach made it very convenient. Very relaxing and peaceful area! Highly recommend
