There’s no better place to enjoy your next sunny Panama City Beach getaway than this 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental condo that sits right across from the water, centered on a wide GULF and pool view. We are very close to Pier Park, Concert Venues, Restaurants and just steps away to our dedicated beach access & the iconic Sharky’s restaurant.

Primary renter MUST be 18 or older! Origin has a strict age limit.

Origin resort has the following:
1) On site arcade
2) On-site Coffee and Ice at the Saltwater Marketplace
3) Pool and hot tub on the 4th floor, Pool and hot tub are both heated in the winter months
4) Fitness center on the 4th floor

Your parking pass will be in the unit and will need to be placed in your vehicle as soon as possible upon arrival. We provide 2 parking passes only and are not authorized more than 2. One parking pass is valid for the main parking garage and the other parking pass is for overflow parking. You may park both vehicles in the parking garage while you unload, and then the 2nd vehicle will need to be moved to overflow parking (the large open parking lot right next to the building). We are only authorized 4 wristbands for our unit and we can not obtain any more. These wristbands can not be removed once tightened. I would recommend you just carry them with you or don't tighten them as they cannot be removed. Guests under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Me and my 2 teen daughters rented this condo for our fall break girls trip. The unit was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for us 3. It’s 1.5 baths, so having 2 teen girls, it would’ve been great for 2 showers, but other than that, we loved it. The view is perfect and location is great. We will be coming back. The pic uploaded is the view from our balcony zoomed in.

Great for our family for a week.Host was super responsive. Would absolutely book again.Having 2 bathrooms, multiple sleeping options, full kitchen, and laundry are some of our travel MUST haves... and this condo delivered.All the basics were covered until we could have groceries delivered (yes, all types of deliveries can be made to your door!). Included: cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs and soap, and hand soap. All the dishes and cooking items we needed... you will need to get cooking basics (no oil or s&p, etc)... keurig, bullet, toaster...Views of pool were critical as my teens NEEDED to know who was at the pool every evening! Great patio... indirect views of sunrise and sunset... plenty of seating and uninterrupted views of the gulf... in shadow / shade most of day which made sitting outside comfortable almost all day.SUPER QUIET and INSULATED... hall could be loud loud loud or smell of gardening or cooking & we were none the wiser... super important because we had early ballgames 2 of our days.Walk to beach couldn't have been easier... out the front door... crosswalk on left... cross a small parking lot to beach access gate...Elevators worked great... it's a busy place, but we never waited a cumbersome amount of time. Parking was always avaliable, only parked in overflow once in 7 days. There are caddies to help carry stuffSmall cosmetic updates makes this 5 stars.
