Your dream vacation begins on the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of white sand, gorgeous sunsets and amazing fun times for all ages. As new owners, we take pride in providing our guests with a stunning beachfront view and relaxing accommodations. This condo has a 250 plus square foot covered deck. This floor plan sleeps six comfortably and has a large living/dining area. The master suite has a king bed, sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf and a private full-size bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and private access to a second full-size bathroom which is also accessible from the living area. Both bedrooms have 32 inch HD flat-screen TVs while the living area has a 50 inch HD flat-screen TV with DVD, CD, and surround sound. Enjoy the beautiful view from the living room's sliding glass doors that open up to a covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living area is newly furnished with a cozy loveseat and a queen sized sleeper sofa. This condo has a dining/kitchen area with a large glass dinner table and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar, not to mention a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience. This is the perfect escape for a family of six or for an adult romantic getaway with plenty of privacy. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view and amazing sunsets in comfort and style. Your vacation condo is conveniently located in the middle of the 5th floor near elevators leading to private covered parking and a bridge to a three story garage with easy access to Churchwell Road leading to the major thoroughfares in friendly Panama City Beach.
You will find Ocean Villa has amenities which include a seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool, an outdoor pool with sun deck, oversize hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room and pool deck pavilion with barbecue grills and picnic tables.

Our host was very friendly and thorough. The condo was beautiful and just perfect for my husband and I, and my brother. Spending time on the balcony was the best part, very roomy for all of us. We enjoyed watching the waves come in, very relaxing. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a great time on our girls trip. The condo was nice, beds very comfortable, walmart just down the road to get your food and toilet paper. One of the elevators was down one day but they got it fixed. Thank you Bruce for sharing your condo.

Everything was wonderful, my kids were pleased with all the beach toys provided. Cold a/c, hot water, and comfortable beds. Very clean and neat. 10am check-out would've been the only thing that would've helped. Hard to get the kids ready and everything packed with a 9am check-out time, but overall we had a great stay.

I have been staying at this property the past 3 years. I have never had an issue, its always clean and the owner made sure to stay in communication with me! Anytime had a question he would answer me via text or through the Vibo app. The property is as advertised...you cannot go wrong staying here. The view is excellent as it is on the beach. Loved it!

We enjoyed the very walk-able neighborhood. Groceries, restaurants and beach shops were all nearby. The owner was quick to respond to all communications. The heated pool was warm, the hot tub was hot, the loungers pool side were plentiful for the winter crowd. The parking was convenient, under the building to unload and across these street with a sky-walk access with no streets to cross for safety was appreciated. The living room furniture was big and comfortable, the beds might be coming due for upgrades/ replacements. The washer and dryer are brand new and the dishwasher is top of the line. Overall a very nice unit.
