The unit is very spacious, offering 3 large bedrooms. The main master has a very large en suite bathroom, private balcony overlooking the Vegas style Fountain show that plays every night and an extremely comfortable bed. The bunk area is located in its own nook, where kiddos can enjoy some game time on their own.

Very bad experience super duty hair every where ,bed sheet and pillows duty, not enough towels for a 10 people , good size but very rud security service at least 15 min to enter to the parking building and yes the elevator at least 30 min wait .

Stayed a week in mid July with family and kids ranging from 5 to 14. The accommodations were great and plenty of room for all. Parking is great as there is a ramp to the garage right outside the door. Check in was quick and easy and the checkout was even easier. This is a very large condo complex with lots of people vacationing here. There are 4 pools which is great and the beach is right across the street with an easy walk. The only problem, which is of no fault of the unit or owner, due to the large number of people staying there, the elevators are often crowded and you will wait quite a while. As this unit is on the 3rd floor, we ended up using the stairs a majority of the time. Keep that in mind if you have very small children or you are pulling a wagon.

Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Walmart plus grocery delivery was a lifesaver and quick. Quick access to beach and pools from third floor. We will definitely book again.

Best location! Property has stores, restaurants, and a family fun game center all on-property. Easy walking to other stores, restaurants and the beach is just across the street.

Overall it was a nice week with our family. The communication with the owners was prompt and easy. There were some things about the room that were disappointing and other things that were nice. Some things we noticed right away when walking in were dirty floors (need a nice scrub), baseboards dirty, The outside of the door leading in needed some major TLC (peeling and stained), all the towels had bleach stains, the insides of all the cabinets were stained, there was a major crack in the countertop by the sink, some of the lightbulbs in major areas were burnt out, and the caulking around all the toilets and showers was coming off and stained. A fresh coat of paint around the unit would do a world of good! There was a whistle that came in through the sliding glass door in the master bedroom that kept us up if it was windy, and the AC unit was terribly loud. Some nice things were the view to the lake, the nightly water show, the beds were clean, a closet full of beach necessities , and the space was large enough for our family of 10. This is our third time coming to PCB and this condo was not worth what we paid. I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel that people need to know some things before deciding on this place.

Amazing!

The resort was perfect and the room was just as it was shown in the pictures. It was very clean when we arrived check in took no time at all, and when I did have a question I emailed the owner and received a reply quickly that answered my question. The stay was amazing and I will definitely book again.

The room was great, it had everything we needed. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because one of my friends broke his wrist band and they wanted to charge him $100 to replace it if he couldn’t find the broken one. His name was on the guestbook so I don’t understand the big deal. Otherwise, the room was awesome. Thank you

Paper Products Not Included

The condo floors were not clean. From the first night our bare feet were blackened by the dirty floor and we hadn't even gone out to the beach yet. Clearly the floor had not been mopped. The master bathroom door does not close. No privacy while showering. We paid to stay 4 nights. We were provided 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There should be atleast 1 garbage bag & disher washer pod for each day and atleast 1 roll of paper products for every 2 days. Front desk informed us we were to purchase these items. Who wants to purchase all these items while on vacation after paying this amount of money for our stay. These items should have been included.

Overall 4-with needed improvements it could be a 4.5-5

The property accommodated our party of 5 adults and 1 child comfortably. The beds and furniture was comfortable and at first glance the condo is nice and esthetically pleasing HOWEVER I think the cleaning crew does the minimum when it comes to cleaning and the property needs some maintenance work. We noticed on arrival the doorknob felt loose and when closing it the door it was not tightly sealed. There was normal wear/tear around the home (scuffs/scratches on the walls, doors, and furniture.) We noticed some dark areas on certain doors and walls that looked like maybe hand or footprints. The living room area had detached molding on the floor and a piece of the countertop was broken and moving around the kitchen sink. If it were maintained better the property could have received a better rating.

Great location, but will not stay again.

Location was nice and convenient to all things we needed while on the trip. I gave this unit 3 stars due to the unit not being thoroughly cleaned. Upon arrival, we immediately checked the beds as we do all locations we stay at. The master bedrooms bed covers and sheets had an odor to them as if they were put back on the bed wet to dry and the scent became sore from this. The other king bed located at the front entrance of the unit had bugs on the sheets towards the bottom. We immediately had to wash the bedding which caused us to have to go to Walmart immediately upon arrival since there was no courtesy laundry detergent. I expect to at least sleep the first night at any location without having to wash upon arrival. Other than this issue, everything was okay. Unit was spacious. Unit was also located right through the cross work so that was convenient as well. Note: The only reason I did not leave is because the reservation was non-refundable and after washing the bedding we felt somewhat better. I also work in disputes to know that I would not receive my money back due to this.

The property was as listed! Beautiful vacation rental. Would stay there again. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The balcony flooring was stained/dirty. Needs some pressure washing. Few things that were not in the unit that I would like to have had: scissors, measure cups, baking/cookie/pizza sheet pan. Everything else was wonderful!

Great unit for a family, perfect location

Very nice location, big rooms, equipped with all you need including beach chairs and all inflatable and sand toys. 2min to the beach, 1 min to the pools, across the bridge from parking. Walking distance to Walmart and maaany more stores and restaurants. Super nice view from balcony, fountain show every evening.
