The White Sandy Beach Retreat is a NEW STR that is self-managed, pet friendly, renovated townhome in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort with ample space for 6 in two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths plus tons of bonus amenities like a Florida room, reading room, fire pit, 3 beach bikes, beach towels, tennis, pickleball & shuffleboard equipment, golf clubs, games, puzzles and more. Unlike many places, we accept up to two well-behaved pets per stay:) Sheila is a very attentive host and is readily available by phone, text or direct messaging. With the easy self check-in and lots of privacy, this townhome feels like your home away from home.
You've arrived in beach paradise as soon as you step inside our newly renovated two-story White Sandy Beach Retreat. Downstairs, you'll enjoy a spacious living area with comfortable seating, smart TV, large well-equipped kitchen, new appliances, bar seating, all small appliances, coffee bar, dining table, and half bathroom. A gorgeous Florida room in the back has seating, a ceiling fan, and access to our private patio with a flat-top grill. Out front is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
Upstairs, the main bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, closet with hangers, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, smart TV, closet with hangers, and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a queen-sized sleeper.
For convenience and to bring your vacation up a notch, we include complimentary WIFI, a washer/dryer, golf clubs, pickleball & shuffleboard equipment, three beach bikes, hair dryer, dog bowls, a reading room, lamps & nightstands with charging ports, plastic wear/baby gate/pack-n-play for kids, games/puzzles, beach towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and more. And we also include starter amenities like TP, paper towels, dishwasher, laundry detergent and coffee pods so that your arrival is as smooth as possible!
The White Sandy Beach Retreat has a pool, putt-putt course, and shuffleboard courts right behind it. Golf carts are available for rent on property and we have two dedicated parking spaces right outside our front door without parking fees.
Gulf Highlands is a gated resort community with 24/7 security and incredible amenities including 11 swimming pools (5 heated seasonally), tennis courts, pickleball courts, 18-hole putt-putt, shuffleboard, playground, and a restaurant with a pool and bathrooms is directly on the Gulf of America with no steps needed to get to the beach.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed inside the townhome or screened in areas. Booking includes parking passes for two vehicles. No additional passes are allowed, no trailer or boat parking is available. Pets are limited to two with a non-refundable $150 fee.
