Our newly remodeled condo is professionally decorated. We are always updating and investing in our condo. It boasts an open floor plan, 9-foot ceilings, large private balcony, one master suite, two full baths, full kitchen with all the amenities of home and free wireless internet. Key-less entry so you will never be locked out.

We have spared no expense to make your dream getaway unforgettable. The spacious and comfortable living area includes a comfortable reclining leather sofa and chair, 65" Smart TV. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors provide spectacular beach views.

The spacious master suite includes a King size bed, a 43" Smart TV, and an adjoining bath. Built-in short Queen Murphy bed in the hallway, that has a regular mattress. So much more comfortable than the pad that is usually on the hall bunks. A second full bath provides the comforts of home.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the living area, and the beach views are amazing. Also, well stocked with all the basic necessities.

The condo also includes a full-size front load washer and dryer allowing you to pack light. Fluffy bath towels are included.

Our cleaning fee is a little more than most, but we use the best cleaning service on the beach. We have been coming to the beach since 1995 and know from experience that a dirty condo is not how you want to start your vacation. We are owners that take pride in our unit and want the best experience for our guest. We have made the decision to rent to nonsmokers only. No smoking on the balcony. Sorry, if you smoke, please look elsewhere.

Seychelles Beach Resort is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park, and a short drive takes you some of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife in the area. Right outside the resort, you’ll find Schooner’s seafood restaurant – a favorite eatery of the locals.

The resort, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, offers a fitness center, meeting facilities, and two gulf-side pools (one seasonally heated) with a connecting hot tub.
