Welcome to our beach house, 900' to the public Dolphin Boat Ramp & a short .4 miles to the beach. Whether enjoying your morning coffee from our private backyard, relaxing in the hot tub or taking in the sunset - you'll never want to leave!

This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home sleeps 9 and centrally located to all the fun Panama City Beach attractions on the East end of Panama City Beach. Pull into the garage, check out the Lagoon across the street, and walk into the foyer where the 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are located; 1 Queen bedroom and 1 bunk room with a full over full bunk with a pull-out trundle that share a full bathroom across the hall near the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Walk into an open kitchen that seats 4 at the counter/6 at the table and living room that provide extra space for your family or guests to lounge. Right off the living room you will find the master bedroom has 1 King bed with en suite bathroom. Step outside the back porch, fire up the grill for an evening BBQ and enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard. Lazy Lagoon has all you need and more for the prefect vacation for your family and friends!

There are so many activities to check out while staying at Lazy Lagoon. Walk down to the boat dock and take in the sunrise. Do a little shopping at Pier Park then enjoy some ice cream. St. Andrews State Park is less then 2 miles away, another great beach and nature walking trails. Visit Shipwreck Island waterpark, great fun to be had by all ages. Cobra Adventure Park has go carts, mini-golf, an arcade, and more. Spend some time at Ripleys Believe It or Not, a museum with kitschy oddities on display. Stay in and relax in the private hot tub.

Want to spend time on the water? Pontoon and wave runner rentals are located in the Lagoon. Treasure Island Marina and Captain Anderson Marina are about a 3 mile drive, there you can find dolphin cruises and sunset cruises or enjoy a day fishing on a chartered boat.
Or if you have your own boat, the Dolphin Boat Ramp is 900' from Lazy Lagoon and is public! The driveway is big enough to park your vehicle and trailer.

Thinking about bringing your golf clubs to hit the links - there are courses from Panama City Beach to Destin. Legacy Golf Club, Bay Point Club, and Signal Hill Golf Course are just a couple in the area.

Megan was so responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. The heater wouldn’t turn off, so I messaged Megan and they showed up to fix it like 15 minutes later! We had to go for my son’s game and it was working when we returned back to the house! The house was beautiful and clean! The location was within 10 minutes of everything we needed to do and everywhere we needed to go! We will stay here again when we visit Panama Beach!

This home was perfect! There was plenty of space as it's a split ranch with very nice upgrades (newer appliances, modern furniture etc. which was all tastefully decorated and will make you feel rigt at home and at the beach) The kitchen was stocked with all basic things needed to prepare or grill a meal for evenings when not going out for dinner and for making nice cups of coffee for the morning starts. It was nice that a larger beach cart was provided for use for the beach days. The jacuzzi was nice to use in the evening with the outdoor ambient color changing lighting with private porch. What is also nice is that this home is only 2 miles from St. Andrews State Park which provides access to semi private beach access for your beach days! When visiting Panama City, this home is it! Book it, you won't be disappointed!

This location was so clean, had everything we needed and was close in proximity to the beach, ball field and a ton of restaurants and activities.
