Condo was nice upon entering with good view and was spacious. Cleanliness was less impressive. Master shower looked dirty and like it had not been cleaned, furniture had spots on it as did carpet.

PCB Vacay 2020

This condo’s pictures don’t do it justice. It truly is spectacular inside and the view was phenomenal. It truly was the perfect fit for our family and friends. There were four of us in our group so we had more than enough room for everyone. The beds were super comfortable. I would note the guest bedroom has two twins, not a queen as stated, but this was perfect for our two teenage boys! There were also no comforters on any of the beds which I thought was odd, but we still slept fine. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The washer and dryer are super capacity which was very nice. We would definitely rent this condo again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Plenty o’ furniture

We absolutely loved our accommodations! Our favorite part was the amount of seating in this unit. We had 6 people and EVERYTHING from the living area, which had amazingly comfy furniture, by the way, to the bar, to the dining table... plenty of space for everyone to chill and watch movies, play games, eat, nap, or whatever... well done. The balcony was adequately furnished, as well. With a dining table with room for 6, 2 chairs and a side table, and 2 lounge chairs with a side table, there’s no shortage of seating. Bonus: The washer and dryer were super capacity. The carpet in living and bedrooms was a nice touch for comfort. Initially, our homeowner instinct was to cringe at the thought of sandy carpet but hey, it’s vacation, right?! No need to worry about such things. It’s decorated appropriately with wonderful wall colors and plenty of accessories to compliment the beach life. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make frozen pizza, spaghetti, tacos, mixed drinks, etc. Trust me, it’s covered. If I had to suggest anything that could be improved upon, albeit trivial, at best, it would be the curtains for the balcony doors/windows that slide across an inserted rod. It’s quite high and the fabric/rod diameter combo proved to be a little troubling. The only other thing is appropriate sheets for the type of mattress in the master. Correct size(king) did not fully cover around the bottom of the mattress so it rolled off each night. Otherwise, fantastic stay in a fantastic place. Definitely recommended!
