Honestly no issues whatsoever. Received check in instructions prior to arrival with codes, points of contact, other details, etc. We arrived, walked in an set up belongings, and then started enjoying are vacation. Weve stayed in this subdivision multiple times now. Only block away from public beach access and pier. The public beach location is never packed like other beaches. You have to pay for public parking, but its only like 2 hour or 12 for the day. Highly recommend this home for beach a vacation.
