We had difficulty getting checkin information. We had arrived and still had not received any instructions. After contacting Vrbo Care we finally got a response. The cleanliness of the inside of the house was mostly acceptable. Bathroom linens were lacking-adequate bath towels but one dirty/stained hand towel and three washcloths for three people for eight days. There was a sewer smell that would come and go (possibly no trap on washing machine drain pipe), five tv’s but four were not hooked up to cable or antenna, eight remotes that we were unable to get to work, sloping floors throughout the house, dried feces under a bed. The outside yard area was very unsafe…broken glass, bigger pieces of broken concrete in the front yard, exposed sharp corners on the septic tank cover metal strap, back steps unstable and ready to fall off. There were several other safety issues, both inside and out, that should be addressed. We had no problems with neighbors, but neighborhood looked questionable. The house served our needs but we would probably not return.
