Welcome to The Riverside! Nestled on the bank of the Matanuska River, this cozy riverfront property is the epitome of relaxation and comfort. Boasting south facing views over the water, you will be watching Alaska’s world class sunsets from the hot tub on the deck while enjoying the sounds of the river below.

Located on a quiet street at the base of the mountains, this property offers panoramic views of the mountains over the water. Just five minutes from picturesque downtown Palmer, you’re just a short drive from all major amenities. Multiple grocery stores, delicious dining establishments, coffee shops and the best gift shops hosting local Alaskan artists and businesses are just minutes away.

With a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, and SmartTVs located in each bedroom, you are able to experience all the conveniences of the modern world while enjoying the peace and quiet of this space. Head outside to a comfortable outdoor seating area, fire pit and a hot tub located on our expansive south facing deck.
