One of the few vacation villas in Palma de Mallorca with a private saltwater pool, set in a spacious pine-shaded garden just steps from the sea. Located in the quiet residential area of Cala Estancia, it offers something rare in the capital: a pool by the sea, beaches for every taste at your doorstep, a private garage, and excellent transport links to anywhere on the island.



The saltwater pool sits in the sunniest part of the garden, offering a natural swimming experience that is gentler on skin and eyes than conventional pools and a joy to stay in. Around it, several covered and open terraces (some with sea views) and a lit outdoor dining area with barbecue are perfect for al fresco dinners after swimming.



Inside, the 300 m² villa spreads over two floors and sleeps up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The bright living room has a fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer, and the upstairs bedrooms open onto terraces with sea views. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, double glazing and radiator heating keep it comfortable in every season.



Just minutes from the airport and Palma's center, with the seafront promenade right in front — walk or cycle past the picturesque Portixol harbour all the way to the Cathedral and old town. The beaches of Cala Estancia, Can Pastilla, Ciudad Jardín and El Arenal are a short stroll away, surrounded by restaurants, beach clubs and the marinas of Cala Gamba and San Antonio. The private garage inside the property fits two cars and seven bikes.



The perfect base for beach days, cycling, sailing, golf or just for enjoying Mallorca at any time of year.
