My family and I had an amazing time wirh the condo. Manager and office staff friendly and helpful. Condo was clean, a little dated but everything functional. Kitchen great for a quick meal, you can bake too (i didn't) plenty towels, extra toilet paper and kitchen paper towels. Kids enjoyed the pool heated and jacuzzi. We felt safe.

The staff and communications were first rate! The condo was clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool/spa area was clean and so comfortable, with a plumbed in gas BBQ that worked perfectly.

Husband and I traveled here for an Iron Man triathlon, we experience car trouble along the way, dropped off our vehicle at a service station and picked up a rental… after a horrible travel experience, we wanted to check in as soon as possible however, once we arrived at the community, we had to wait behind a line of cars for 15 minutes just to get past the visitor/guest gate check-in. The actual room was fine, very outdated…clean, but not clean enough to my standards. It’s important to know that there’s absolutely nothing modern or glamorous about the room at all. It reminded me more of a low income apartment. The office hours are only open from 9 to 5 so if you need anything after hours, it’s kind of impossible to even request or get it unless it’s an emergency. The gate that is closest to the unit that I stayed in, (unit 72) was actually broken so you can get out but in order to come back in you have to drive all the way around to a different gate. The checkout process also was not easy, they make you take all of the trash out of the room and throw it in the outside dumpster, you can’t turn the AC down below 72°….the “resort fees” really aren’t justified. On top of that they leave an envelope to tip the cleaners but make you do most of their job for them…the resort fee should cover that because there’s nothing else that you get. Overall, I would not return, I’d rather book an actual hotel…at least they care about your comfort and don’t make you do their job.

The property is dated but everything was functional. Smelled strongly of air freshener but everyone does that now. The front desk was responsive and helpful with anything we asked them. Note it is not a 24hrs front desk. We checked in after hours but the process works without issues. Instead of phone calls they prefer text to the phone number which I liked as it allowed me to respond when I was available.

Staff is great, but that’s the only positive about this place. Beds need to be thrown away. You have to sleep in the middle of the bed so you don’t slide off. The twin beds felt the same- very worn. We kept having problems with getting let into the gate with an uber. There was also supposed to be a plate reader for the gate and that never worked. You can hear every car driving by. Just stay somewhere else. We will not be back.

The bed needs to be taken out and burned! You have to absolutely sleep in the middle to keep yourself on the bed; otherwise, you will slip down to the ground. The staff is excellent, and the place is quiet and clean.
