Guest Access:
The guests will have full access to the house, a two-car garage, and a pool.
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
