Great resort! Loved the space for us. We brought our pup and he enjoyed the beautiful walks around the property. My girls enjoyed the pool & activities available. We were close to Publix, food,and other necessities. The beachwas only a 10-15 minute drive.

Great experience there! I would suggest it to anybody very affordable. Also, definitely a lot of options such as mini golf, pool, hot tub, tennis court, etc. very quiet area for peace and tranquility. A lot of different things around the area within 15 to 20 minutes you pretty much have everything that you would need, I would suggest this place to anybody. It was a great experience for us. Thank you again!

Gross. First experience? Opening the front door and smelling cigarattes from the last 50 years. Carpet and fabric in unit held every cigarette ever smoked in the unit. I asked the front desk and they said, "Yea, people don't obey our rules". Huh? These are advertised as non-smoking units. Second experience? Opening the patio door and inhaling slime and garbage smells from the pond. Had to moved to another unit, which was much nicer. This place is NOT maintained and seriously shouldn't be considered. "Mini golf" greens were torn up and tossed around like tissue paper. Trash strewn around the property. Upsides - location, interior space, pool, hot tub, fitness room - and nice front desk employees.

I thought the resort was very nice and loved the look of the grounds and amenities. I also liked how spacious the suite was. My only complaint is that there were a lot of bugs in the suite. I know it’s a woodsy area and that there’s 2 outdoor patios, but I have a bug phobia and this made it difficult to feel comfortable in the suite. I avoided the master bedroom and bathroom for the entirety of my stay because of it. Thought the living room was safe then found a bug on the couch too. Luckily I never saw any in the smaller bedroom and was able to sleep there with the door closed but it sucked to have to restrict myself to one room when I should’ve been able to be comfortable in the whole suite. There were also hornets circling the stairs which were the only exit when I was trying to check out. I found a bug in one of my bags when I was packing up to leave (I checked because I didn’t want to bring any home with me). Overall even though it was a nice looking resort from the outside, I wouldn’t stay again.

The suite was great, very spacious and comfortable and clean. The buildings and grounds need some maintenance as there’s definitely some wear and tear and needs for some paint and touch ups. The fitness center: minimal equipment and really struggled with the basics. Go back to a good set of dumbbells would improve a bit, and add some cooing or fans. Pool was great!

Not updated, rotting wood on soffit, needed to be painted inside. Master suite had no drapes and lots of light shinning in your room making hard to fall asleep. Coffee maker had burnt burner.

Nice, quite complex. The unit is quite aged with fixtures and cabinets from the 1980s. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Parking was great.

The biggest issue is that the mattresses are worn out and need to be replaced. I could feel the springs beneath me. The bathrooms are in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. There is black mold in the corners around the shower, toilet and the caulking. The furniture is outdated and the couch is worn out. The pool area is nicest feature outside. Much of the outside area needs attention and upgrading.
