Wonderful home!
Great stay in this beautiful place! We had a problem contacting host but it all worked out. Furniture needed cleaned and towels and linens needed replaced.. a few small issues but its a great place and would love to stay there again!

Very dog friendly
We really enjoyed our 2 month stay at Sea Colony. The house was great and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the use of the bikes and loved being able to safely cycle to the nearby Publix for a few groceries or along to The Eurpean Village for lunch.
The beach is just a few minutes walk down the main road of the development and is accessed by 2 walkovers though during our stay the main one was damaged by big storms so only the southern walkway is in use. The beach is great we loved a sunrise walk along it with our dog. Please note if walking north on the beach you are not allowed on the State park beach area just as the houses end, with a dog. We didn't know as it is very poorly signed and we got told off by a park ranger.
The development has an HOA and rules that you have to agree to during the rental set up. There is a manned gatehouse which we had to get a pass for and show it each time we entered and you must alert the gatehouse to all visitors and deliveries.

Perfect stay by the beach
My family enjoyed the clean and comfortable beach house. The pond view was very peaceful with beautiful birds. House had everything we needed and more. Will definitely book again.
