This fully renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo has a superb open floor plan that displays sea views throughout. Enjoy the unspoiled beach, three beautiful pools and the long list of amazing amenities! This condo was just updated and offers new furnishings and a classy coastal décor.

The Master bedroom features a comfy King bed, a large window displaying an amazing perspective of the Ocean and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony. The Master en suite features an elegant glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, double vanities and private watering closet. (toiletries are also provided)
The guest bedroom sleeps two, the guest bathroom is fully updated with a gorgeous tile walk-in shower!
The fully stocked kitchen features a large granite countertop and offers everything you could need including a drip coffee maker and also Keurig machine. There is a large dining table with seating for six which also boasts a great view. Complete with washer and dryer, two beach chairs and beach towels your home away from home has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway!

The large wraparound balcony will be the center of your vacation with commanding panoramic seascape views and offering two adirondack rockers to relax, listen to the waves crash and admire the beauty of the Sea! There are multiple beach walkovers only a minute walk away. The amazing unspoiled beach is very unique, littered with shells and rare coquina boulder formations. You can walk for miles north or south on this secluded beach, or walk the beach to Marineland! This really is the ideal beach vacation rental, centrally located only twenty minutes to St. Augustine or Flagler Beach.

Beautiful updated condo with nice angled view of ocean.

The property was very clean and responses from owner were very prompt. We had no problems with the room as it was beautiful, very well stocked and clean. However, this unit is located at the end of the building and angled towards the road. Starting around 5:30 in the morning, you definitely hear the morning traffic from the master bedroom. Beds were pretty comfy and they supplied all your basic startups. The heated pool was very nice and clean with views of the ocean. The walk to the beach was quick and our first time being on an unspoiled beach. It was very neat to see not somewhere I would want to stay if I planned on wanting to get into the ocean. We came over spring break so knew that the water would be too cool to get in so it was a good time to experience a beach like this. The drive into downtown Saint Augustine was pretty easy. It was about a 20 to 25 minute drive. There is a Publix and a pizza/pasta place near the condo called Bronx House Pizza that was really good. Not to much more in the general area and nothing within walking distance. Getting back to the property at night after 10 PM you have to get buzzed in. We didn’t have a problem until the last night where we waited 10 minutes for someone to respond to us. We called the service line that was posted and it just went to a voicemail. When they finally connected with us, they were very polite and apologized, but still having to wait 10 minutes for a connection shouldn’t happen. Overall we were happy.
